As an EMT, I’ve responded to emergencies, understanding the crucial link between physical well-being and mental resilience. My time as an HR manager allowed me to appreciate the intricacies of human dynamics and the importance of holistic well-being within corporate environments.

However, my heart truly lies in the world of complementary therapy. I’ve spent years refining my skills, embracing the art of alleviating pain and stress while fostering a profound sense of relaxation. My journey led me to become a reflexology tutor for over eight years, allowing me to impart my knowledge and witness transformation in the lives of my students.
