Hello, I’m Nicola, and I am your dedicated guide on the path to holistic well-being. With a deep passion for promoting balance and harmony in both the mind and body, I embarked on my journey as a Complementary Therapist and have over 20 years’ experience.

At Mind Body Balance, I am dedicated to helping you achieve optimal health and well-being. Through a range of alternative and complementary therapies, such as massage, reflexology, aromatherapy, and more.

Together, we will address the root causes of your health issues, aiming to restore balance and vitality – holistically. What to expect

At Mind Body Balance, I believe that no ‘one therapy suits all’, which is why I will customise each therapy session based on your needs, wants and symptoms. As a holistic therapist, I will work with your body, combining a variety of therapies i.e. aromatherapy, hot stone, cupping, acupressure, myofascial release, movement, reiki etc.

All my sessions are within the price agreed, no matter what combination of therapies your body requires on the day.  This exploration of therapies may help you see/feel if there is a particular therapy that you may prefer in future sessions. 

STEP 1

Request An Appointment
When you reach out to book your initial appointment you can email, text, leave a voicemail or use social media. I may not be able to answer a call if I am with a client but I will get back to you as soon as possible.

STEP 2

Initial Discussion
During our interaction/engagement I will ask what the purpose of the visit is, i.e. relaxation, general health/wellbeing, specific problem or problems that you wish to address or receive pain relief from. This will help me to guide you to the therapy I feel you will benefit most from.

STEP 3

Treatment & Therapy
I will provide a link to consultation form, directions to my treatment room, and send a session reminder. On the treatment day, we'll check in, review your form, and begin the suggested therapy. I am a holistic therapist so during your session I may feel that your body would benefit more from additional modalities, all within the agreed-upon price. This would be to gain the most from your session.

STEP 4

Follow-Up & Aftercare
As part of my therapies I will offer advice on after care that you can do yourself at home, and I will check in a day or two after your treatment to see how you have been getting on. I may offer and suggest an additional therapy treatment session depending on how you are feeling.
